I hope the Hyatt’s phones are fully checked and tested by Telstra before ‘Big’ Russ hits town so there’s no excuse for any tantrums in Canberra.

Did anyone else notice that Crowe’s new band has the same acronym as the last mob of yahoos – TOFOG. Is this just a re-branding of the same mediocre purveyors of rock-ballads? Will the good people of Cnaberra be sucked into seeing a good actor in an ordinary band?

As for the rest of the acts – I would second the motion to be out of town. How did Gretel, James and Andrew become celebrities worthy of hosting the National Capital’s Australia Day celbrations? Are we becomeing a great nation, under channel ten, with liberty and justice for some?
