In the space of 30 minutes last night, two shops were hit by ram raids in Canberra’s south as police investigate to see if the two attacks are linked.

Around 3:38 am (13 June), police were called to attend the Repco store on Athllon Drive in Greenway, following reports of a ram-raid. Police allege three offenders used a dark coloured Toyota Hilux to force entry to the store.

Around 4:10 am, two males allegedly used a small hatchback/SUV vehicle to force entry to Domino’s Pizza at Weston.

ACT Policing is calling witnesses to come forward or anyone who has dash-cam footage of the two incidents to help police with their investigation.

Anyone who may have any information that could assist police is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously.
