Meet our lovable Pets of the Week looking for forever homes at the RSPCA ACT Shelter!

Leelu, Phineas and Ferb are this week’s friendly Pets of the Week! These gorgeous animals are waiting to find their perfect match. Think that could be you? Read more about them below.

Dog of the Week: Leelu

Meet Leelu!

Leelu is the ultimate friendly giant. This girl is full of love despite her very serious demeanour. Behind her strong exterior is a snuggly girl with a heart of gold looking for someone to curl up with and give her all the attention she needs.

Leelu also has a playful side. She is still in her prime as a 3-year-old dog and loves a daily walk and a good game of tug-of-war when she’s feeling energetic.

Leelu has a bit of trouble sharing, so her ideal home is one in which she is the centre of attention with no other pets to compete with.

She really is the ultimate snuggle bug with so much love to give. She is known for being friendly, affectionate and very loving, and needs a home where she can express all her love and devotion to her new best friend.

Phineas and Ferb

Phineas and Ferb: ready to wrestle (and nap).

Cats of the week: Phineas and Ferb

Meet Phineas and Ferb!

What a pair! These eccentric brothers are smart, curious and ready to cause trouble (if trouble means wrestling each other then taking a nap).

Phineas is the face of the operation, a clumsy ginger cat with no coordination and plenty of energy to goof around all day long. His favourite thing to do is to plant his fluffy bottom right where you were about to sit (what a prankster!)

Ferb is the brains, the quiet genius. Ferb prefers to observe rather than get involved like his orange counterpart. He will position himself at the highest vantage point to take it all in and then doze the day away.

These guys are looking for a home together as a bonded pair and are happy to consider living with older kids or other pets.

Visit the RSPCA at 12 Kirkpatrick St, Weston, and add a new companion to your life – you won’t regret it!
