Meet our lovable Pets of the Week looking for forever homes at the RSPCA ACT Shelter!
Yoshi and Molly are this week’s friendly Pets of the Week! These gorgeous animals are waiting to find their perfect match. Think that could be you? Read more about them below.
Cat of the Week – Yoshi
Meet Yoshi! This is Yoshi’s second stint here at the RSPCA and he is now ready to find a new forever home that can provide him with as much love as he gives out. If you’re looking for a cat that respects your need for personal space, this ginger boy is not for you.
Yoshi is a super smoocher who loves to rub all over you and give you kisses every chance you give him. After cuddles his next favourite thing in life is food (totally relatable).
Yoshi is looking for a home that allows him safe outdoor access – ideally a large property, as this was the kind of home that he grew up with and is most suited to. Yoshi needs a stress-free house to keep him happy with no other pets or children.
Yoshi requires a special diet to keep him healthy and some important needs that will require our team to speak with potential adopters to ensure they are the right match.
Dog of the Week – Molly
Cutie pie Molly fits the definition of big and beautiful. She is a boisterous and sweet young girl looking for the perfect person willing to train and exercise her. Molly is looking for someone to give her love and patience while she settles into her new home.
This cute pooch is a quick learner and absolutely loves tasty treats! Molly enjoys spending her time with our volunteers and staff playing with tennis balls. However, she is still working on the idea of bringing back the ball during a game of fetch.
Molly is an energetic dog who will need daily walking and enrichment games to ensure she continues to grow into a happy and healthy member of the family. At times this smiley pooch can be a little goofy. But she has so much love to give to the right family and home.
Molly will perfectly suit a home without younger children. She could potentially live with another dog; however, this would require slow introductions to make sure they could become good friends for life.
Visit the RSPCA at 12 Kirkpatrick St, Weston, and add a new companion to your life – you won’t regret it!
