The chief person in charge of getting people to move to Canberra, Jon Stanhope, has put out this media release on the success of the Live in Canberra stand at the Country Week Expo where Sydney siders who are looking for a “Sea or Tree Change” go looking for a new place to live. At the same time they were looking for people to become prison guards, exactly the job I’d be looking for if I wanted a Sea or Tree Change.
Still if the 100 families interested do move to Canberra I’m sure we’ll welcome them with open arms, right?
