Teenaged girl missing in Batemans Bay area found safe and well

UPDATE: Police have located a teenager missing from Batemans Bay safe and well. The 14-year-old girl was reporting missing yesterday, after she went missing from the Batemans Bay area. Officers from The Hume Local Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries. She was located safe and well last night. Police would like to thank the media and members of the public for their assistance.

EARLIER REPORT:

Police are urging members of the public to be alert and report sightings of a 15-year-old girl who has gone missing in the Batemans Bay area via Triple Zero.

Kyeesha Aldridge-Huntley is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, 175cm tall, of slim/athletic build, approximately 50kg, with burgundy coloured hair and has braces on her teeth.

Police were notified that the girl was missing at 5am today.

She was last seen wearing a white Adidas shoes, an aqua hoodie with ‘Athletic’ on the back and black denim shorts.
