A 27-year-old Charnwood man has been charged with Negligent Driving Occasioning Grievous Bodily Harm following a collision that occurred in Florey last night (Wednesday, January 16).
Around 10.05pm, a silver Ford Fairlane collided with a silver Ford Falcon at the intersection of Southern Cross Drive and Kingsford Smith Drive.
A 22-year-old Charnwood woman who was a passenger in the silver Ford Fairlane suffered serious injuries. The driver of the vehicle was unharmed.
The 71-year-old male driver of the silver Ford Falcon received minor injuries from the collision.
ACT Policing’s Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team are currently investigating the incident.
