Police seek witnesses to roadside assault in Narrabundah

Police are calling for witnesses to come forward following an alleged roadside assault in Narrabundah on Tuesday evening (18 June).

Between 6:10 pm and 6:20 pm, a white coloured Audi Q7 station wagon and gold coloured Volkswagen Golf were driving north along the Monaro Highway, Symonston.

Two male drivers stopped their vehicles near the intersection of Canberra Avenue and the Monaro Highway and started a physical altercation.

After the incident, the driver of the Audi station wagon left the area heading towards Fyshwick.

Anyone who may have any information that could assist police, including dash-cam footage of the vehicles or men at the roadside, is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
