Such a self indulgent public display of drunkenness and drunk driving with a child in tow really sounds dangerous in more ways than the obvious drunk driving.

Can I just ask; “did you report him to the police?” as everyone elese here seems to have forgotten that important item.

yeah call the coppers and shift the guilt for any adverse outcomes. You could seize the kid to protect them and you can almost guess the outcome.
