Takeaway shop held up at knifepoint in Narrabundah

A Narrabundah takeaway shop was robbed at knifepoint at around 11:00 am this morning (2 December).

The man fled with cash, a purse and a mobile phone after threatening staff. He left the area in a silver-coloured Subaru with NSW registration plates. He is described as being about 183 cm (6’) tall, wearing a black, long-sleeve jumper.

ACT Policing is urging any witnesses, or people with dash-cam footage of the area, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website and quote the reference 6467296.
