Tuggy Thuggies still on the loose

By johnboy - 28 January 2009 28

The ABC reports that the violence in Tuggeranong was not ended following last weeks arrests by Operation Caprae.

Last night a 14-year-old boy waiting for a bus in Richardson was punched by three men who got out of a silver-coloured car

A female companion of the victim tried to intervene but was pushed away by the offenders.

Police say the car was either a Subaru or Mitsubishi, had a rear spoiler and was displaying a P plate.

The last arrests kept them quiet a whole 11 days.

I’m purely speculating, but Tuggeranong is getting a bit of a negative reputation that might be just due to coincidence, so I’m batting in for the suburb.

I’m hoping it drives property value down so I can afford to buy a house somewhere down there.

And I thought the Northside was the only place for redneck in-breds to run loose 🙂

Granny, I’m a bit hard of hearing, did you say, “Convicted ferret torturers Thomas Sorahan and Adriano Larobina?”

It’s a shame Police can’t impound the offenders car for a set period as it was used in a criminal act.

3 blokes against a 14 year old bloke and his girlfriend…wow that P on the car must just stand for “Pussies”.

Nah, hand them over to the ferret torturers, it’ll give them something constructive to do.

Is this really a random crime as it might be perceived?

Violence in Tuggeranong

No theft of wallet or mobile phone?
Doesn’t this sound more like “domestic violence” in that the parties involve may have known each other prior to the event?

Because the article didn’t say a theft occurred, doesn’t mean it didn’t. Plus Tuggeranong isn’t a suburb..

School goes back next week, it will be interesting to see if the regularity of the attacks decline. The kiddies get bored easily down here, I haven’t heard a late night police chase these holidays, maybe the kids have made street robbery their new hobby?

…”Police say the car was either a Subaru or Mitsubishi, had a rear spoiler and was displaying a P plate.”

Hmm. Three young guys in a hotted-up ricer with a P plate. I think I’ve seen them!

I await the article that reads, “three men injured themselves after being detained by local residents who witnessed them attacking a young man” with some interest. I just hope it’s sooner rather than later.

oh wow a whole 11 days! maybe we’ll get to 14 next time. the police must be pretty frustrated as i’m sure they are doing their best to stop this and the courts merely give the offenders a slap on the wrist.
