Its all part of the learning experience. I reckon if he doesnt get in this time, by the time the next election comes rolling around he’ll be bigger, faster, stronger and good on him.
For a Lib he has a good head on his shoulders, and his heart is in the right place and you cant fault that. He would definately fight the good fight for his constituents and thats what is all about i reckon.
Fair enough. But I don’t know many other candidates who are willing to advertise their whereabouts in pubs. That’s to say, make the most of it. Better than an ad!
What a load of bollocks. Here’s the party line. We here at the Riot are after who Matt Watts is. It’s next to your name we would be putting a tick in the box. Grow a personality and get in touch with the community.
As for the whole numbers of police officers thingy – do your research. Numbers of sworn police officers is designated by funding from the ACT govt as part of the agreement – they are published and well known to be well below the National average. ACT Police can be targetted to ‘sexier’ jobs such as counter terrorism and the like as Police from other jurisdictions can be poached by the AFP to go on overseas deployments and the like. A backgrond chat with any of the local plod would tell you it’s probably easier to get on an overseas deployment from NSW Police than from ACT policing.
Funny how the Libs are still using the 21 class size for primary schools only thing as their lead campaign promise when the labour are promising it for high school as well
Even funnier how Labor first bagged out and then borrowed that policy from the Libs….

Almost every time he gets asked a “what will you” “will you” “Do you” question, he responds with a “The Canberra Liberals policy is…” or “We the Liberals” style of answer.
Elizabeth Kikkert has accused Corrections Minister Mick Gentleman of incompetence, and said the appointment of Christine Nixon to head the Oversight Committee at $2000-a-day was just adding another layer of bureaucracy to avoid responsibility for AMC https://t.co/a8RCOtNNt0(51 minutes ago)

And please, spell Labor correctly 😉
Mad cow.

Maybe you wouldn’t get voted into parliament, but I bet it’d be a fun ride while it lasted 🙂
It’s at times like these that I’m sure that if I ever managed to get preselected, I’ll be disendorsed within a month.

The wrapped box is a package, near the GPO. Close to the Wig and Pen.
Technocube is over the other side of the city.
Hey, what does he mean by ‘wrapped-box thing’? Is he talking about the cube? I love the cube!
You just keep your hands off our cube, Matthew Watts!!
Yeah, that is rather disappointing. I was expecting more than just the party line.
Nothing there jumps out a grabs me by the short and curlys before beating me around the head and screaming ‘vote for me!
I say throw that one back in until it gets older.
The answer to Question Six!
And, disappointingly, Skid’s right, and so Matt scores ridiculously high on the pie-o-meter. Can anyone spot a single response that aint pie?

I declare party hack on you, Mr Watts.
The party is not the man.
