Police have located the vehicle involved in an aggravated robbery but are still searching for the offender.
The vehicle was found on Starke Street in Holt on Friday.
A man armed with a knife approached another man at about 11.45am on Thursday and demanded his vehicle.
The offender is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 170cm tall, of slim build, with dark hair. He was wearing a bright coloured singlet.
He was accompanied by a female, Caucasian in appearance, of slim build with blonde hair.
Police have concerns for the welfare of another man who was in the car at the time of the aggravated robbery.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 178cm, of slim build, with blond hair. He was wearing a black hooded Nike jumper, blue shorts and a black baseball cap.
