Did you witness a motorcycle accident on Paddy's River Road?

ACT Policing has issued a call for motorists who used Paddy’s River Road, Paddy’s River between 12 midday and 2:00 pm on Sunday, 17 January 2021 to come forward to assist with their investigation into a collision and the death of a motorcyclist.

A police review of CCTV footage from premises in the area showed the motorcyclist shortly before the collision occurred.

While police do not currently believe any other vehicles were involved in the incident, the footage showed several other vehicles were on the road before and after the collision.

Police are requesting that any motorists in the area at the time come forward as they may be able to assist, particularly the driver of a red, 1950s-era sports car seen in the area. This driver is not suspected of any involvement in the collision but may be able to provide some information to police.
